Marketing: Plans, develops and implements the Organization’s marketing strategies and marketing communications.
Communications: Manages communications and information flow to the Boundless community using social media (Fetlife, Facebook) and email server platforms (Eventbrite, MailChimp).
Website: Oversees and manages all website design and content.

Classes: Recruits and schedules classes in both virtual and in-person space, liaises with presenters, and co-supervises volunteers assigned to Classes during the event.
Classes Deputy: Under the supervision of the Classes Lead, ensures that classes and instructors are supported and co-supervises volunteers assigned to Classes during events.
Activities: Recruits and coordinates Boundless-sanctioned non-class events in virtual and in-person space and co-supervises volunteers assigned to Activities during event.
Activities Deputy: Under the supervision of Activities Lead, assists by brainstorming and outreach to activity leaders and event coordination in virtual and in-person space, and co-supervises of volunteers assigned to Activities during events.
Dungeon: Responsible for dungeon equipment inventory, maintenance, setup and breakdown at live events and co-supervision of volunteers assigned to Dungeon during events.
Dungeon Deputy: Under the supervision of Dungeon Lead, supports events with any assigned duties and co-supervision of volunteers assigned to Dungeon during the events.
Participant Experience > Logistics
Greeters: Organizes, schedules and supervises volunteers assigned to Greeters during events, and maintains documentation and knowledge base related to greeting duties (conduct guidelines, site information, photography waiver of liability, parking logistics, et cetera).
Greeters Deputy: Under the supervision of the Greeters Lead, serves event attendees by providing check-in and information support.
Registration: Carries out duties related to maintaining accurate event listings and registration for event attendees before the event and during check-in.
Registration Deputy: Under the supervision of the Registration Lead, serves event attendees, before and during event check-in, by providing registration and information support.
Hospitality/Accessibility: Monitors and maintains safe sex and consumables supply inventory, organizes and maintains event facilities including signage, supports attendee accessibility during event, and supervises volunteers assigned to Hospitality during events.
Hospitality/Accessibility Deputy: Under the supervision of Hospitality Lead, provides support to event attendees and co-supervision of volunteers assigned to Hospitality during events.
Volunteers: Recruits and schedules volunteers, maintains a database of volunteer information and skills, matches volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, and keeps volunteers informed of event and duty status.
Volunteers Deputy: Under the supervision of Volunteers Lead, ensures that volunteers are informed of scheduling and support information.
Participant Experience > Support
Food: Responsible for overseeing food preparation and presentation, maintaining the inventory, liaising with vendors, supervising kitchen and food volunteers and staff, and ensuring that the kitchen meets sanitation standards.
Food Deputy: Under the supervision of Food Lead, supports events with any assigned duties and co-supervision of volunteers assigned to Food during events.
Photography: Ensures on-site compliance with photography waiver of liability, takes photographs during events, edits photos after the event, and is responsible for all liability-related issues in official Boundless photographs.
Medical: Administers first aid treatment to and coordinates transportation of sick and/or injured persons to a medical facility.
Medical Deputy: Under the supervision of the Medical Lead, assists with all assigned tasks.
AV: Determines equipment needed for events, sets up and runs sound and video equipment used to conduct live events, and oversees volunteers assigned to AV during events.
AV Deputy: Under the supervision of the AV Lead, assists with all assigned tasks.
Conduct Team: Creates Conduct policies, supports event attendees with information, and provides a reporting mechanism for potential consent violations. Works with the community to address consent violation reports and other consent-related issues.
Conduct Admin: Under the supervision of Conduct Team Lead, provides administrative support to the Conduct team, and liaises between the team and other organizers.
Finance: Maintains sound financial records and plans to assist the organization in meeting goals and maintaining financial viability. Reports to the rest of the organizer team on the financial health and risks to the organization.
Technology: Manages technology needs for Boundless and its organizers.
Ops Admin: Provides administrative support to all organizers and the organization as needed.
