Refund and Transfer Policy for Tickets

Cancellations for tickets made 4 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Any refund request made less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the event will get a full credit towards the following year. Cancellation requests must be made by emailing Registration@BoundlessEvents.org.

Tickets can be transferred to other guest up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of the event. Requests to transfer a ticket to a new attendees must be made by sending an email to Registration@BoundlessEvents.org. This is necessary so there is sufficient time to record the ticket transfer and the new owners can properly be processed and available at check in. It is the responsibility of the original ticket owner to make the request and get confirmation of the transfer. Transfers can not be made less than 2 weeks prior to the event under any circumstances.

Refund and Transfer Policy for Cabins

Cabins are fully refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the first day of the event. Cabins are transferable up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation and transfer request must be made by emailing Registration@BoundlessEvents.org.

Cabin cancellation requests received anytime less than 4 weeks prior to the event can be transferred to someone on the cabin waiting list at the discretion of the Boundless Registration team. In this event, Boundless will make every attempt to contact a party on the waiting list and transfer the cabin to the next waiting party, but we do not guarantee a transfer. If Boundless is unable to contact someone on the waiting list and transfer the cabin to them, the original owner will still be responsible for to pay the full price of the cabin and no refund will be made.
