BOUNDLESS TICKET REFUND POLICIES for Classes & Parties

EVENT OR INDIVIDUAL TICKET CANCELATIONS By Boundless

Boundless reserves the right to cancel any event in its entirety, or to cancel the tickets for any individual to any specific event, at any time, for any cause. If Boundless does cancel an event in its entirety, or cancel’s an individual’s specific registration to an event, we will will look to issue a full refund to the attendee, including their ticketing and processing fees.

Boundless also reserves the right to remove an individual from any of our events, for any reason. If such removal by Boundless does occur, no refunds or credits will be made to the individual. 

So You’ve Bought a Ticket ANd CAN NO LONGER ATTEND

WE Understand that Things Do Happen

We understand that there will be times where you have bought a ticket for one of our events, and you may find yourself being unable to attend for any reason. If this is the case, we will do our best to work with you.

Please realize that many of our events require that we put down deposits to hold venues or services associated with the event. For these events, we will typically have periods where a full refund request can be made, and after that period only portions of the ticked prices may be refunded. Please refer to each event to clearly understand the refund and transfer policy.

 

For Classes and educational events

For all Boundless classes and educational events, paid attendees may cancel and request a refund up to one hour before the start of the event. No refunds will be available past this time, or after the event has occurred. When we receive your cancellation request, we will cancel your ticket and a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method that was provided at the time of purchase. Please contact Registration@boundlessevents.org or request your refund directly through our ticketing platform.

For BOUNDLESS play party events

For all Boundless play party events:

  • Paid attendees may request a cancellation and refund request up 5 days before the event. No refunds will be available after that period.
  • If Boundless is required to cancel and attendees registration due to the attendee failing to complete the required Boundless Orientation, the ticket will be cancelled without a refund as the cancellations will occur after the regular refund period will have ended. Boundless will notify attendees by email if cancelling a ticket for this reason.
  • If a cancellation is made after the refund period due to the current COVID policies, the ticket will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Please contact Registration@boundlessevents.org or request your refund directly through our ticketing platform.

Covid related cancellations

We understand that Covid still presents risks to events similar to ours, and while we attempt to hold events as safely as we can, the choice to register and attend the event is left to the individual attendees. Given this, the following cancellation and refund procedures will be followed for all Covid related situations:

  • ​If the event has to be canceled in its entirety due to Covid related reasons, all attendees will have their paid registration credited towards a future event.
  • If an individual cannot attend due to testing positive prior to the event, the ticket may be canceled according to the general cancellation policies for the event. Tickets can be also transferred to another attendee if in compliance with the general event transfer policies. 
  • If an individual tests positive for Covid at the event, entry to the event will be denied and the attendee will have their paid registration amount credited towards a future similar event.
  • All event credits will be valid for one year and must be used within that time, or the credit will be forfeited.
