The Boundless Retreat is the largest event that we produce during the year, and to be able to create this event it takes many more people than just our organization team. It is also through the support and effort of a substantial number of volunteers that allow the retreat to happen and to create the experience we have for all of the attendees. 

For the 2023 Retreat we are actively seeking volunteers to support the retreat in the following areas:

  • Activities Coordination
  • Audio/Visual Support
  • Care & Conduct
  • Classes Coordination
  • Dungeon Monitor (training & experience required)
  • Food Coordination
  • Greeters
  • Hospitality & Access
  • Medical (medical or EMT background required)
  • Photography
  • Setup & Strike Crews
  • Volunteer Coordination

In exchange for volunteer hours that you provide to the event, we offer access to purchase a discounted Volunteer Admission ticket for $335. The Volunteer Admission includes access to all of the benefits of the Boundless Retreat, including:

  • Discounted admission to the Boundless Retreat
  • General admission camping (attendees are responsible for their own camping gear)
  • Eight fully catered meals for the weekend
  • Two fully equipped dungeon play spaces, and all of the nature you need to create your own adventures
  • Hot showers and flush toilets
  • A pool and hot tub
  • Access to kink education from nationally known presenters
  • Access to participate education and events through Boundless YOU•NIVERSITY
  • Other activities including socials, fetish swaps, and more
  • Time with your community
