2026 Boundless Retreat – Vendor Application Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in joining the 2026 Boundless Retreat as a vendor. To streamline our event operations this year, Boundless Events has updated our onboarding process.

All prospective vendors must complete this application. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by Geoff, our Vendor Coordinator, and vetted by the Boundless leadership team. (Please note: Returning vendors in good standing will experience an expedited review process.)

Venue & Logistics

The vendor marketplace is located outdoors in the center of the retreat grounds, ensuring you are close to all main event activities. Please review the following logistical details before applying:

  • Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and seating.
  • Power & Internet: Please be aware that there is no electricity available in the vendor spaces. Limited WiFi is provided to vendors at no additional charge.

Ticketing & Personnel

  • Vendor Helpers: You have the option to register one additional helper at the special vendor ticket price.
  • Meal Plans: Please note that meal plans are NOT included in the vendor ticket price. Meals must be purchased separately for both you and your helper if you wish to eat on-site.

Operating Hours

We want you to enjoy the retreat amenities alongside our attendees! Therefore, your exact operating schedule is up to you, provided it falls within our daily guidelines:

  • Permitted Hours: You may open your booth as early as 8:00 AM and must close no later than 11:00 PM.
  • Booth Signage: Because you are free to come and go as you please, we highly recommend displaying your daily hours on a board, or posting a “Will Return At [Time]” sign when you step away from your booth.
