Class Description
Releasing Sexual Shame: A Pathway to Freedom is designed to give you access to the freedom of full self expression. Let go of the societal norms that have held you back in life. In kink we know that communication is critical to our access to pleasure. Healing Your Relationship to Shame will allow you to communicate your needs with love for yourself and others.
In this workshop, we do an exercise around self forgiveness to help us move through things that have held us back.
The forgiveness exercise is designed to empower you to let go of the things you hold against yourself.
From there I will take you through an exercise that helps you breakthrough the restrictions of your past to form a new relationship with yourself.
Join me to empower your sexual self, and own who you are.
Materials to bring with you:
- Please bring something to write with and on (Pen & Paper)
- Something that comforts you.
Presenter Bio
Nika Cherrelle is the owner of The House of Cherrelle, the host of the ‘It’ Cast’s Real Talk on Sex, and a personal empowerment coach specializing in health and sexuality.
They empower and inspire people across all cultural backgrounds; by breaking down taboo, aiming to create a world where all people feel loved, honored, and respected.
They sit on the board of The Grateful Garment Project.Their work has been featured with The San Francisco AIDS Foundation, SOMArts Cultural Center, and in Math Magazine, Bitch Media, OZY, Slate, and Cosmopolitan Magazine.
