Class Description
Learn how to apply four different spiritual practices to deepen your understanding of shibari. These practices help to cultivate and embody relaxation, confidence, and awareness along with deepening the connection to your partner.
Along with learning technical rope skills you’ll experience:
- Taichi to cultivate relaxation and flow
- Qigong to feel grounded and energized
- Sheng Zhen to connect to the power of the heart
- Aikido to embody your true spirit
Come make knot love
This unique class will improve your shibari skills from the inside out!
Since this class will be focusing on the inner game of shibari, coming with a partner is great but not necessary. Single people will also benefit from the solo spiritual practices and can perform the ties shown on a chair.
What You’ll Need
- You’ll need a length of rope at least 8m long for this class.
- No experience with shibari or spiritual practices are necessary.
