Class Description

Do you sometimes feel lost or disoriented after being a little? Is it hard to “come back” to your adult life? Do you feel lonely at the end of a scene?

Do you like age play and you want it to be trauma informed and attachment informed? Perhaps you’ve had some difficult experiences in the past that are still healing? If so, we invite you to come connect with others who want to explore conscious age play.

Age play is a beautiful opportunity to heal, to play, and to reparent. It gives us a chance to meet unmet needs, to express unexpressed desires, and to have a secure bond with a caring adult (even if only contained to a scene.) It also gives us a way to play with our innocence and mischief that we may not access in our adult life. Age play can be a doorway to more healthy intergenerational relationships in our collective, something so needed and essential for a well future.

In this class, we will be focusing on time bound scenes (not 24/7 dynamics), and will be learning and practicing self aftercare to bring more integration, ease, and reciprocity to your  own relationships.

Our time together includes discussions on:

  • What are you looking for out of age play
  • Group wisdom and sharing around what helps us ground and integrate
  • Demo of shape shifting from little to big with somatic anchors
  • What might it be like for you to cultivate this internal switch
  • Guided visualization and drawing of somatic anchors
  • Intentionally shape shifting from little to big
  • Energetic individuation from your big (and your parents)

You are welcome if you are a little, a middle, or a big. You are welcome if you are curious, new, or experienced.
