CLASS: Dynamic Exchange & Quick Control
Location: Heart Lodge
JD of Two Knotty Boys will be teaching western rope bondage and body handling techniques that are GREAT for BDSM scenes! All ties and control moves focus on quick, functional, unquestionable compliance. Subjects covered include: the principles of escape proof bondage, mind and body submission, handling ‘bratty’ and squirmy bottoms, the concepts of ‘pre-action’ versus ‘reaction’ based dominance, the creation of a ‘safe container’, the mindset of dominance, and (of course) lots of firm, functional ties!
All shapes, sizes, genders, and personal identities are welcome.
What to Bring:
- Approximately 20 to 30 feet of 6 mm Hemp, Jute, or 3/8-inch Solid Braid Nylon.
- Instructor will show how to connect shorter hanks of rope, if longer lengths aren’t available.

CLASS: Writing Spicy: Erotica Writing Workshop

I bet you already write erotica — you text dirty things to lovers or play partners, right? That’s basically it.
In this writing workshop, we’ll talk about questions like, How do I write the actual sex tho? and, What if I want to get published? We’ll do some writing prompts together, and folks will be invited to share their work and offer positive feedback. You will leave with words written down on a page, and (hopefully) more permission to put your dirty thoughts to paper.
Participants in this workshop will have priority in the Spicy Showcase on Sunday.
What to Bring:
- A notebook and a pen, or something equivalent.

Midori came up with this totally simple, amazing DIY Dildo Harness design. It’s also known as the Midori Elegant Harness. It’s great for all body types, genders, configuration of bits. It works great with either after-market-store-bought or original-issue-self-sprouted bits.
Prior class attendees have said the following about this harness:

She’ll have all the tools with class-dildos, but you’re encouraged to bring your own so that you can practice with what you will use later. Scarves will be available, but if you have a couple of long scarves or ropes, you can bring them too.
